Hi a few questions with these boards
Board 1 has alot of gold conn on 1 side and not much else is this another "cut" board and how would it be classified.
#2 has alot taken off but has a lot
of gold conn. I have a ton of the phone conn.like what is in upper left of 2 that I have pulled from junk boards. I don't have time to depin so would those go as connectors. Thank you for your help and expertise.

1) Midgrade
2) Midgrade
3) Peripheral
4) Peripheral

I don't think there's anything that you can do to #1 to get it above midgrade.

Yep.
And 1 isn’t going to benefit you doing much of anything.
If your shipping you can cut the connector side off: very closely. And get backplane for it. The rest is then low grade.
