 Post subject: Plated heatsinks

I have quite a few plated copper heatsinks, the ones that look silver but are solid copper under the plating. What should I sort these as?

They will generally go as #2 copper as long as they are free of other metals like aluminum (but every yards definitions are different). If they have fins that are aluminum then they will go as copper/ aluminum radiators.

Copper Plated on aluminium will go as copper plate if the yard has a rate for it. Otherwise #2 aluminium.

Silver and tin plated copper will go as silver plate if the yard has such a class.
If not #2 copper
