The two washing machine boards should be removed from the plastic. Left would definitely be low grade and right probably is too depending on how much resin, or whatever that stuff is, is on it and all the heatsinks and transformers.
TV board might make low peripheral, make sure you remove as many shields as you can, maybe the aluminum heatsinks too.
The voltage regulator was peripheral at one point so probably high peripheral.
