These are from ethernet switches. Most switch boards I have sold here before went as high grade telecom, but they either had more chips, or had the same number of chips but on a smaller board. The low density of these makes me wonder if they would even qualify as low grade telecom. I have about 150 of them.

I would guess High Grade Peripheral on both.
