Clearly this is a no-pin CPU with its metal cap removed. Does the removal of the metal cap change the category?

Just looked at a post from the past weekend that answered my question. To save anyone interested the search time, these are still no pin cpus. Removal of the cap does not change anything except remove the value and weight.

Correct. Not enough weight change to make a difference.
