I got a few of these Pentium Pro no gold aluminum top chips what do you think they would be considered as?

If that top is aluminum then it's a green/brown fiber with metal.

Black fibre last time I sent them in.
The top is a metallic polymer. The actual die is a full pentium pro. Making the chip lower than ceramics but higher than green/brown fibre due to die size.
