Two questions really. What would this board be classified as? Has soldered on chips but no surface mount ones.

Also, to be considered "Connectors" does it have to have gold pins, or is any connector ok like Ribbon Cable ends? There is a tiny bit of gold on them as well if you look close. Any help would be appreciated.

Gold pin connectors
High peripheral its missing to many IC chips to go telco
