That is a solid state, RF amplification circuit.
The white “boards” are ceramic. Despite the picture being somewhat poor, the fine gold bonding wires are easy enough to make out.
The gold traces are easy to make out as well.
The lil ceramic “boards” are secured to the gold covered copper heat sink.
Worked with many of these over the decades.
If you have a bunch of these, I’d keep them all together, being careful not to break off or strip the fine gold bonding wires from the circuit.
Photograph these, better, clearer photos and send to Chris. He may, I say may, no guarantee, offer a different rate than what is seen in the payout list.
I certainly would not remove the gold covered copper heat sink and toss it.
Perhaps, gather up any of the bits and pieces you may have, put those and any complete boards in a ziplock baggie separate from your other PCBDs and note inside to possibly grade separately.
