As is low or mid grade because of the metal bar.
If you can get it off peripheral I think.
The board itself is some sort of porcelain or glass. The way I got them off before was to heat the back of the metal bar. Then the board will slip off but they all broke from getting hot.

What type of metal is the bar made of? It looks to be gold plated from the photo.

The ones I had were plated copper. Not sure what they were plated with though.

That is a solid state, RF amplification circuit.

The white “boards” are ceramic. Despite the picture being somewhat poor, the fine gold bonding wires are easy enough to make out.

The gold traces are easy to make out as well.

The lil ceramic “boards” are secured to the gold covered copper heat sink.

Worked with many of these over the decades.

If you have a bunch of these, I’d keep them all together, being careful not to break off or strip the fine gold bonding wires from the circuit.

Photograph these, better, clearer photos and send to Chris. He may, I say may, no guarantee, offer a different rate than what is seen in the payout list.

I certainly would not remove the gold covered copper heat sink and toss it.

Perhaps, gather up any of the bits and pieces you may have, put those and any complete boards in a ziplock baggie separate from your other PCBDs and note inside to possibly grade separately.

My two cents.
