1. Everything about that makes me think cell phone. I googled the name on the board...it's just a transmitter so not sure. I'm thinking it may be high telco.
2. Sounds right.
3. At least low telco, maybe bordering high.
4. That looks like a solid state drive of some sort which would normally be high telco.

Maybe this will help?
The first boards are out of L3 communications voice link.
The fourth boards are out ScanDisk L3 mobile vision flashback2 boot image.

Knowing the compact flash card is the last one I found a similar board with only two ICs that Lostinlodos graded as peripheral (presplit?) so I'd go high peripheral like you initially thought.

You're at a wall with my knowledge so hopefully ccussins gets a chance to see those boards.

I'm guessing High Grade Peripheral on boards 1 and 3. 2 would be Low Grade Peripheral as is and High Grade Peripheral with the junk removed (like you thought). I agree with Marked141 on 4. I am checking with Chris to confirm, though.

For some reason I was thinking flash cards were peripheral, but I am not sure enough to call it.

Chris said 2 is mid grade.

My guess is pull the transformers and capacitors and it will go low peripheral?

That would be my guess but I would still check with Chris to be sure.
