Guessing high peripheral and low telco here?

that's really odd.....
I emailed Chris a picture of the first board and a couple of others I have he said all 3 were high telco.

1638 I do not understand why high telco

1629 I thought might be a chance they were high telco.

I also asked him about these two....

I do NOT understand this: both are high peripheral.

I have asked for clarification, I will let everyone know once he replies.
