1. Came out of a floppy drive. Is there enough coverage with the gold pins for CD-Rom or hard drive board? Or is it something else.

2 & 3. High peripheral?

4. Low telecom? Came out of a small router.

I don't understand this well myself but CD and HDD boards have specific chips that allow them to be bought at better rates.
