I had some identical to that about 2 years ago they went as small green socket MB.

Ya, this is def. a motherboard of a type. As you can see there is a RAM slot, and card slots there on the right. In the middle is your CPU.

I cant remember what the boards came out of. It seems like the had another larger board plugged into them at a right angle. I am thinking it was some sort of on board video equipment, either from school busses or police cars.
