I got this board already scraped out of some type of electrical appliance I assume because I got it out of a plumbing company trash. Since I didn’t scrap out the appliance I’m not sure what grade , due to I’ve never seen one like it .

As long as the transformer is on it you're probably going to get low grade (I could see a possibility for mid grade but that doesn't help you on price).

Without the transformer I think you can get at least low peripheral maybe higher. Post another picture if you take it off so someone can give you a more definitive answer.

Ccussins, out of curiosity, this seems like it should be really close to low peripheral, any thoughts on what's keeping it from going up?

This is just my opinion, but I think if you removed the relays (black rectangle boxes) and the big black and blue capacitor, it might grade as Low grade periph. Good luck my friend. You might have to remove that smallish transformer as well.

That my thought as well. I think the relays are holding it back. I am checking with Chris, though.

If you are talking about those black boxes? I am almost sure they have a coil of copper wire in them. I think they act as some sort of contact switch.
