I have this problem sometimes. I will just reshoot the pic, and usually have no problem uploading them after that. It's a pain, but it is what it is. ;)

According to my research the Galaxy S21 has issues with this. I did everything the article suggested to get it to work. Ended up charging my S7 and had no problem with it.
Technology...what're you gonna do?
