1. At least low telecom, could be upgraded to large socket mobo or high telecom (wait for someone more experienced to reply)
2. High telecom

Although unlikely, make sure the metal box is not a mercury relay and there are no dallas switches (ICs with internal battery)

The first board is Low Grade Telecom. The second is definitely High Grade Telecom.
