Is 0746(1) the back of 0748?

If not, then what's on the other side of each?

Right now I lean towards midgrade on both but may depend on the answer to the above question.

Other board is high peripheral at minimum, I feel like there's a chance of low telco though so see if ccussins or someone else can chime in with an opinion
