For all boards, remove plastic handles
IMO:
top row L to R:
1 - Remove daughter board: Prob telco low based on back, main board def clean GFC, don't know if enough for telco hi
2 & 3 should be good for Telco Hi

Bottom row L to R:
4 & 6: Remove transformers and plastic handles, should then be clean GFC
5: Remove transformers, large caps and plastic handles: should then be clean GFC
