Would this be considered a low grade finger card?

If you go to the Payout Rates and click/tap/hover over each grade there is an example on most if not all of them.

For Gold finger cards these are the grades you could be dealing with:

Gold Finger Card Clean NO Fan NO Sink NO Bracket
Gold Finger Card NO Fan NO Heatsink WITH Bracket
Trimmed Finger Cards NO Fan NO Sink Bracket OK
Low Grade Gold Finger Card WITH Fan or Heatsink
Gold Finger Card with Oversize Heatsink or Fan

You have no heatsink and no fans but you do have a metal bracket (which can be removed easily) As is, you're looking at Gold Finger Card NO Fan NO Heatsink WITH Bracket. Remove the bracket and you're at Gold Finger Card Clean NO Fan NO Sink NO Bracket
