Please help me to classify this chip and thank you all in advance. I am new to this process and really appreciate all the content I have gone through on this site already. I have a couple more I will be posting for help as well.

I'm not sure if it matters but is the green part soldered to the chip with its own separate pins or is it a socket that will come off or something else? Take a photo showing the side maybe?

I think it's a Double side gold cap chip but the pins could make a difference here

It is just a thin piece of. plastic that can easily be pulled off of the chip after further inspection. Hopefully these new pictures can help with the classification.

Cool, it's a double sided gold cap chip.

Just take the plastic off.
