Late reply but I am going to give my best.

1. mid grade. I don't see any gold bearing material.
2. High Peripheral.
3. High Peripheral but could go low peripheral. I would lean toward High.
4. High Peripheral as I don't think the color matters. Could be low peripheral as well. Tough call.
5. As is low peripheral. If you remove the metal shield I believe this would be able to go as High Peripheral.
6. As is low peripheral. If you remove the metal shield I believe this would be able to go as High Peripheral as well.

Trying to answer older posts incase other people stumble across these unanswered topics and were questioning grading.
