Yep, ole blockhead, who used to think he knew it all, is stumped by this simple little gold pin cpu, on a small black board with a few IC's.
On the pin side, it appears to be the pins are mounted in a black fiber.
On the top side a dark green/black board, slightly longer than the gold pin section, with a ceramic top, with the pink eye, mounted on brown fiber/ceramic?, surrounded by tiny components with two larger soldered chips, legs on all sides.
My first inkling, but us 98 pound inklings sometimes don't have all the facts, was that it is a DLP. Help, please.

Duh, right there where it should be. Silly me. Since it had gold pins galore, I never thought of looking in the gallery at anything below no pin. Guess apple just proved one can go lower than low. Based on Apples unconsciously high prices on their retail goods, I always thought their components would be pure gold.

It's possible it could get a better rate but that would have to come from Chris. I just happened to have the board and chip still when the other guy asked so I knew it was an Apple processor.

Yeah the additions to the price list has thrown me off too.

I don't think the reference photo in the gallery shows if it has pins, ie, none visible.
