This is the second controller card that I need help Identifying. Please note: I am looking for what type of controller cards they are. What they control. Not what class of e-scrap they are. Thank you.

Looks like an 8 bit ISA hard drive controller for an MFM or SCSI. Could be from the 80s or 90s but I can't see a date code or manufacture from the pictures.
