6) Pull the fuse and the aluminum heatsinks and I think you can slide into low telco
5) Leaning low telco on this one two, not sure what the four square boxes are exactly and if the transistor above the orange capacitor has a heatsink remove it (I can see the nut but can't tell if there's a piece of metal)
4) At least low telco, I think you may be able to go high since much of the dead space is actually cutout but not certain.

2) Confirm the silver box is a crystal oscillator and not mercury. If crystal osc. it'll have a Mhz rating, I just can't read the text on it. High telco.
1) Not sure what those displays are, the board has a label above them that matches the ICs; maybe a pair of bump ICs under the display? If they're glass they can't stay attached to the board if you want the best grade. I see some screws along the top edge that would probably be removed if there's some kind of bracket on the back. All that being said, I think you're at high telco once you clean the board up.
