Hello need some grades on this one please.

High peripheral.

So if the three ports are popped off what would that be upgraded to?

I'm going to stick with high peripheral...

When I say the ports are holding me back it's because I just don't have enough info to go on. Are the pins gold plated? How much of the weight is actually from the ports? It looks like the one port has 210 pins which could offset the weight. But it also looks like there's no gold on the board tracings (they appear to be copper) so maybe there's not much gold on the pins either.

There's a possibility in my mind that with the ports having a decent amount of gold whoever gets the material at Boardsort might let it go in low telco, but that's not my decision to make. Without the ports you lose the gold and the weight and you're right back in the same place; there might be enough ICs and tantalum to nudge into low telco, there might not.

And if you'll take a gander at my signature you'll see I'm still learning, I'll always defer to Boardsort or a more experienced forum member.
