Probably not backplane. Those white connection boxes are (or look to me to be) power connections. Those usually don't have any gold pins in them. I can not see if these do or not. This will probably be graded as high grade periph, but don't take that to heart. I would wait for a second opinion on this. There is still a lot of "junk" on this board and empty space. This did come out of a power supply and the white connectors are not gold colored, however the black connectors do have gold colored "pins" (looks more like a blade connector).
