I would call this a clean gold finger card as well. Could be a better grade, but I'm not sure.

Minimal gold fingers, not sure if the solid bits of gold on the side has the same quality as gold fingers... The four inset boards look similar to voltage regulators and those go high peripheral even with gold fingers. There are some ICs on the side board but with so much blank space on the main board I'm not sure you can go up any on grade

So... I'm thinking high peripheral.
