Okay, so here is a connection strip and I am not sure how to classify it. If you look at the bottom of the pics there is the gold plated material that will come out of each connector. The connectors themselves seem to be made out of aluminum and steel. Not sure if I should break the strips down to individual connectors (I really don't want to if I don't have to) or leave whole. The other option would be to break them down all the way (again I don't want to do this) to the gold plated material. Please help.

I despise these cause I can never remember how to find the last post about a similar board to see what the consensus was. Going to throw out some thoughts though:

The gold pins are really the only thing of greater value on the board and the weight is small compared to those aluminum ports... I'd throw it in with midgrade to be done with it but there might be room for it to go low peripheral.

I would think the ports could be removed for connector end rate but I'd feel bad doing that myself with the aluminum to gold pin weight. The board should still be midgrade after that.

I remember somewhere previously Chris said he will only buy BNC connectors as dirty aluminum because there's too little gold to be worth connector ends rate.

In that case just toss it in midgrade unless you have time to kill to dismantle it for the pins.
