A) There's a lot of damage to this board that may or may not have an impact on the grade Boardsort would give you (always try to keep a board intact; obviously, there's nothing you can do it that's how you got it). There also appears to be an aluminum heatsink running the length of the board. As is I would probably stick it in low peripheral.
B) High telco
C) Is that all gold flashing? Might be a candidate for the "Gold Cap & Gold Edge & CNC boards" category. I would suggest getting with Chris (Boardsort) on this one if nobody can provide a more certain answer.
