New to e scrap and want to get my items sorted before sending them in help please

2. All low telecom except the bottom middle, that is high telecom
3. My best guess is LSI, NEC, Foreign Gold Cap but I'm not too sure
4. Green fiber with metal CPU
5. #2 copper
6. IC chips
