 Post subject: Help with board rating

I need help identifying these boards and grading them properly.

I am still getting the hang of this and i think i have an idea but i want to be sure prior to sending them in.

That's why I don't trust my grading ability yet on most things. I didn't notice that difference.

so does it go into low telecom then? or does it get bumped up?
