I bought a tad over 100 Cisco network switches a few years back. Sold a number of the boards on ebay. Still have a good stack of them that were older / broken / didn't sell. I opened one up today and think this is a high grade telecomm board. I've looked over the MB video and post but not seen anything talk about network / telecomm board grades.

Is it worth breaking off the alum, copper coils, resistors, and such from the power area or just shred the whole thing at a local yard?

All of the flatpacks have gold tabs so I think the board would be high grade telecom. I do take off the heatsinks, transformers and copper coils and take them to my local yard as aluminum, transformers/motors.
