This is a pretty bad picture of these. Could you retake and repost? Are these all gold ring CO's or no? Something like this you might want to look up prices on eBay. They might have more value as new/old stock on there. When you retake the pics, single a few out and get clear pics of the numbers, and the gold banding if it's there. Make sure the lighting is good.

Hope this is a better picture.
It's an oddball frequency 15.29182MHZ.
Don't know specifications so don't want to post on ebay.
Manufactured around 1999 have had them a long time.

That's a beautiful pic sir. As you can clearly see in this pic that it is in fact a gold band CO. If you dig deep enough on the ole' interweb you might be able to find the precious metals values in this exact OC. I don't have the knowledge or the experience with these to tell you what they might be worth. This would be a question for someone like lost or Chris. Good luck my friend.
