It looks like a thin client motherboard, but the coax connector and lack of USB ports has me confused.

Do you know where it came from?

Specifically I don't know where it came from. I did get it out of a dumpster full of medical equipment though. Submit

I wouldn't recommend eating that circuit board even though it is labeled as "toxin-free." It would still make you very sick (or worse)! ;)

It's a motherboard with an onboard CPU for a medical workstation.
Think laptop motherboard.
