With 300+ Laptops and Chromebooks on the horizon, I am looking to clear my area ASAP.

B-has some small chips that came off the board when removing the heatsinks.

A/B: High peripheral at least though I'm thinking they may could be low telco. Use a little heat on the heatsinks before pulling them if they don't feel like they're coming off.
