1) I want to say a similar board was graded peripheral but not sure high or low and I don't think the other board had the green/orange connectors. Those should be socketed and easy to remove. If a magnet sticks to them, they're steel, plated brass or copper and plastic; if they don't stick, then plated brass or copper and plastic

2) I believe high peripheral as is.
