1 - ???
2 - Hard Drive?
3 - Gold Finger Card?
4 - ???

I would say
1- Connector Ends
2- Low Grade SATA Hard Drive Board
3- Gold Finger Card Clean NO Fan NO Sink NO Bracket
4- Peripheral High Grade
