Is the ceramic glued to the steel worth anything? It looks as though there is gold there. All of this is out of receipt printer.
The smallest I would imagine end connector as there is 2 gold ends.
Is the biggest item low peripheral?

The first 2, high peripheral?
Second 2, connector end?
Last 2 miss grade?

high peripheral
Low peripheral
Shred as a whole, if the board can be safely removed (its ceramic) it will go in high peripheral.

And by safely I mean that it is in as few pieces as possible as well as no injury risk to you or any surrounding people or animals. Like broken in half, 1 piece is preferred, but up to 4 pieces would probably be acceptable. Boardsort does not want a bag full of ceramic dust. ;)
