Are these both backplane boards?
Does it make a difference that both boards are both very thick and heavy?

How thick are the boards? Are they fairly translucent when held up to light?

My gut feeling is low peripheral but maybe better.

Yes, they are very translucent. I Checked all the other boards I have and they are not translucent at all. These two boards look very cool when you hold them up to the light. That being said, what does that mean?

The entire board is translucent. The board is also a darker green than all the other boards. What does the board being translucent mean? Does it have more value?

Means there is little copper in the board itself which lowers the scrap value.

I'm going with low peripheral unless someone else can confirm it can manage a higher grade.
