What category would this type heatsinks fall into?
I have a lot of them all with fans, screws and different metal mounts removed.
All are just cast and copper from many different type laptops.

As is I'm guessing dirty aluminum copper heatsink.
Remove the fan and any steel/plastic and it should be clean aluminum/copper.

Yup, and the screws go in the light iron/ shred/ unprepared sheet iron pile, or whatever your local yard calls it. There are too many names for essentially the same category. ;)
