1. Cut the fingers
2. You could remove the heatsinks
3. The rest is up to you, you could finish stripping it, sell it to a local yard, or sell it to boardsort (whole, minus heatsinks and fingers as midgrade).
It all depends on what is worth it to you, and if you are bringing in person or shipping (I wouldn't recommend shipping it). I personally don't strip boards anymore, but I will cut the fingers off and maybe remove a heatsink on occasion. The exception that I make is if a board is very copper heavy, then I will strip it.
