This still a Low grade SATA ? With the flat pack on it.

That is what boardsort has told us. I would message them directly if you think there is reason for this to be an exemption.

I have 17 of them, I’m not sure, prob just pull the chip off it.

You're liable to drop the board drastically if you do that; granted I don't have the experience to tell you that for sure or by how much. Boardsort's pricelist does indicate that flatpacks being removed is overprocessed .

I just bundled them up & what I have actually comes out to just over a pound, so I’ll just leave them on & ship then in, Thanks !
