I was thinking #1,2,and 5 we're high Telco maybe# 4 too? ideas on 3 or any corrections to what I thought? The shields are soldered on #4. Mlcc's inside should I remove?

1) is that fence (piece of metal going around several components) steel? I'm thinking that could be large enough in this case to lower the grade. Right now I'm kind of borderline high peripheral/low telco mostly because of that fence.

2) thinking high telco is probably okay.

3) at least high peripheral. Not sure there's enough to pull into telco grades.

4) ideally yes, pull any metal shields you can without damaging the board. Also leaning high peripheral on this one. Once shields are off would need another picture to see if it'll go higher.

5) the two square chips, what are we seeing? Is that gold or just an yellow-ish package for a chip?

Shield from 1and4 are gone they were brass not steel. And yes gold chips on #5 . #1 on the right #4 on left #5 bottom.

#5 should be gold cap chip at minimum then. Two chips on such a small board might get you something better but that would have to come from boardsort.

#4 Going to stick with high peripheral. I'm thinking this is a case where the shields might not have needed to come off; since you said they were brass.

#1 With the better photo I'm actually leaning toward high telco now; the fence would have certainly kept it at low telco had it stayed on.
