In the picture below, top left came from a Cisco router and bottom left came from a US robotics Modem. Could these be High/ Low grade Telecom?

On the right side, I don’t think these are good enough to qualify as gold finger cards, but they have quite a bit of gold for their relative size. Please help me identify what to categorize them as.

Smaller boards) I'm still trying to find a reference to see if I can give a definite answer.

Largest board) Try to remove the largest heatsink and the plastic cradles at least; if you can get the smaller heatsink and the card slot covers without tearing up the board you can if you want. High Peripheral.

Next largest) On the fence, definitely can make high peripheral but I think it'll be okay in low telco.

The small ones should go clean gold finger card, that is where I have put them without any problems. That is what they were graded as when I have brought them in person.

AAK, quick question about the bottom small board(#4 by it). I don't actually see a gold finger, and I was thinking that gold pinned connector cards like this went for connector end or low peripheral(not sure if I missed something)?? Assuming I've missed something, is there something about the exposed gold pins that matters? Else, assuming it should be connector end or low peripheral, any idea on the line between them (amount of card outside of connector, other components)?

Sorry, didn't realize that it was different. I would put it in high peripheral to be safe. It is probably not backplane but is better than gold pin connector or low peripheral. You could always ask Chris for a definitive grade.
