Starting from top to bottom:

High peripheral

Large socket motherboard

High telecom at least, if the ceramic chip is socketed and can be removed remove it and re post a picture of the chip with heatsink removed. Then, put the board in high telecom.
If the chip is soldered to the board, remove the heatsink (might be screwed on) and see if it is gold capped. If so, put in gold capped chip board.
If not gold capped, put in high telecom.

Low telecom
