Depending on the board and the ease of removal determines when I remove heatsinks. These boards are low enough value it's probably not going to benefit you to remove them.
Now if you have a local scrap yard paying really well for aluminum then maybe it's worth your time to take them off. Again, how easy is it to get them off will be the a main factor in that.
When you get into higher grade boards, taking aluminum and steel off is usually a necessity to get the best grade.
