This card came out of a telco system, heatsink removed from the CPU which is marked Intel Pentium with MMX.

The CPU does not appear to be able to be pulled out of that socket. Any guidance on if I am missing something to get that CPU off or is there a category for this whole board as one with the CPU?

Uhmm...Someone has one of those on ebay for $482. You might want to look into that.
