I googled this thing and found devices like it, but none of the pages said what it is actually for. I think it's for chemistry. Maybe to pump gasses? It has this cool old board. I had two and took one apart for fun. Keep the other as a knick-knack probably.

I did do that and didn't find what you found. I still don't know what a peristaltic dispensing pump does lol but at least we know more.
