File comment: Here's a reference image. The outer casing and two heatsinks would be removed prior to shipping.

Would PSU boards be graded as a low-grade board or is there some reason they wouldn't? I'd remove the heatsink, but all of the other components would still be present.

If the heatsinks are aluminum the most work I would do is to remove the board from the housing and cut the insulated wire as close to the board as I can without fighting any other components on the board.

If brass or copper I try to get those off but if the board is fighting back too much I may give up (basically, "Is there enough here to justify pulling it?")

I'm noticing low and mid grade prices are a tad lower than the last time I looked so if you have a local yard with good clean aluminum prices (assuming you can get them clean) then that's up to you whether it's worth it.

Thanks for the response!

So to clarify, this would either be a low or mid-grade but unless I can get good prices for the heatsinks, it's probably not worth it?

Low grade for that board.

Yes, generally not worth the time to remove heatsinks but that depends on what you can get for them.

Aluminum, up to you, if you can get good money for them and can remove them quickly it might be worth it.
Brass/copper, usually worth it unless it's too tedious to remove a small amount.
