I have a number of these Apple Boards from XServe systems marked SnAgCu - Pb-Free. These are XServe Video Graphic Cards pulled from these Servers circa 2006. Board Number 820-2135-A. Seems solder that was used post ~2000 got rid of Pb in the solder that was being used up until that point and now includes a small amount of Silver. Does anyone know if this is still the case or have they changed to some other alloy mix? This is the first time I've ever seen a board marked like this. Interesting....
