How would you grade these boards?

Location: Western Pennsylvania
#1 Cut the flex wiring flush to the PCB. Then High Peripheral.
#2 Remove battery. Remove shield. Should be High Peripheral.
#3 High Peripheral.
#4 High Peripheral.
#5 As is. Low Peripheral.
Here to learn like everybody else.
